TopDecor Community Guidelines
The TopDecor communities (FurnCraft, AluCraft, LouverCraft and FramerCraft India) are private spaces for makers, dealers and buyers of decor films and foils. These rules keep them useful and respectful for everyone.
Welcome
- Photos and videos of your real work, projects and designs
- Technical questions about peeling, bubbling, adhesion, transfer, stamping, colour matching and finishes
- Honest product feedback and genuine complaints, including about TopDecor
- Price, delivery and supplier questions
Not allowed
- Abuse, insults, threats or harassment of any member or company
- Hate speech or slurs based on caste, religion, region or community
- Spam, repeated promotions, scam offers, fake payment or phishing links
- Fake or unsupported allegations of fraud against a person or company (share facts and evidence instead)
- Pretending to be TopDecor staff or another business
- Posting passwords, OTPs, PAN/Aadhaar, private invoices or other peopleu2019s private details
How moderation works
- Posts are checked automatically. Some posts are held for a quick review by the TopDecor team before they appear.
- Members can report a post, comment or profile. Reports are private u2013 the member is not told who reported.
- Rule-breaking content may be removed. Repeated issues can lead to posting limits, suspension or a ban. Decisions can be reviewed u2013 contact us on WhatsApp.
Privacy
Each community is visible only to its own members. Your phone number and email are never shown to other members.
